Our Team
Brice Evans
Enrolled Agent / Tax Consultant
Brice has been the owner of BDE Tax and Professional Services since 1987. He has been a native to the Loves Park area and graduated from Harlem High School in 1982. He went on to graduate from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa where he received his BA in accounting, minor in mathematics, member of Phi Sigma Omicron fraternity and played collegiate sports, being football and rugby. Once he knew that being a tax practitioner was his passion he then advanced his credentials to become a tax advisor by becoming certified as an "Enrolled Agent to Practice before the Internal Revenue Service" (EA) in 1991.
Susan Schuring
Billing Manager
Susan has over 20 years in administrative experience and thoroughly enjoys working with people. Her management responsibilities include Billing and Accounts Receivables, Customer Service and Staff Support. She handles a tough job with professionalism, patience and always with a smile on her face.
Teri Oyen
Accountant / Tax Preparer
Teri has over 30 years experience in accounting and tax preparation for both individual and business clients. Her skills include sales tax, payroll, accounting, tax return preparation and great client service! Teri enjoys working directly with her customers to ensure that they receive the best professional service through her excellent communication skills, friendly personality and many years of experience.
Donna Amdur
QuickBooks Advisor / Bookkeeper
Donna has worked for BDE Tax & Professional Services for over 15 years. She has held many roles throughout her time at BDE including (but not limited to) payroll, accounting, sales tax, office manager, & overall customer service! She genuinely cares about each and every client that comes through our door and does her best to ensure they feel welcomed and get the best service we can offer.
Heather Danger
Office Manager
Heather has over 12 years of administrative experience with her main focus and energy is People. Heather’s willingness to do whatever needs to be done makes her a great asset to BDE Tax. Her responsibilities consist of Customer and Staff Support, Scheduling and Accounts Payables. Heather’s main task is to ensure our office runs smoothly and meets our client’s needs.
Cindy Six
Retired
After a long and thoughtful consideration, Cindy has decided to retire from BDE Tax after 17 years of service. Joining the company in March 2008, Cindy is BDE Tax's first employee! Her contributions have been instrumental to our success and will be felt for years to come. Her dedication and loyalty have made a real difference, and we thank Cindy for giving so much of herself. We wish Cindy the best in her retirement, she’s earned it!
